As part of the project, ALARM undertook a survey of beneficiaries after they had attended in order to gauge what benefits, if any, the sessions had given them. The survey took the form of a short questionnaire

35% of beneficiaries responded to the survey, mostly electronically. Responses to those questions which had a direct relationship with the workplace environment were as follows (in order of importance):
