I have been very privileged over the years to have met people from many different regions of the world whilst undertaking guided tours of the National Library of Wales at Aberystwyth.

The National Library of Wales
They have shown interest in gaining further knowledge and understanding regarding the Welsh language and our unique culture.
Last year whilst taking a group of students from Korea, I was totally amazed at their exuberance and enthusiasm whilst describing various items on display within the Hengwrt exhibition area.
They could only be described as if they were children within a shop full of sweets.
If you wish to visit one of the great libraries of the world, why not come along on a Monday at 11.00 a.m. or a Wednesday at 2.15 p.m. and experience a guided tour.
This will enable you to visit one of the rooms with unique examples of architecture in the Arts and Crafts style as well as beautifully crafted bookcases made from solid Austrian oak
Finally you will visit one of the most magnificent exhibition galleries in Wales to enjoy and experience the current major exhibition entitled
‘Dot Dot Dash:’ Communicating in Wales which will remain open until 14th of September 2013.
The exhibition focuses on the collections of the National Screen and Sound Archive of Wales, displaying iconic audio and visual clips from each decade of the past century. It traces some of the major milestones in the history of communication in Wales that have changed the way we live our lives today.
Featuring objects borrowed from the Museum of Communication in Fife, this exhibition guides you down memory lane with early radio and television sets, home-movie clips and audio clips of early radio broadcasts in Wales.
