Who Do You Think You Are? Live

Who Do You Think You Are? Live, 22-24 February 2013, Olympia, London
Once again this year it was essential for the National Library of Wales to be present at the biggest show of its kind to promote the institution to the family history world. Team members this year were Beryl Evans, Research Services Manager, Cyril Evans, Communications Officer and Mark Strong, Enquiries Assistant.
Beryl gave a presentation on ‘Welsh Newspapers Online’, the theatre was full and there was quite a buzz relating to the new resource, many found it difficult to believe that we were offering it free of charge! Numerous comments and references have since appeared on Facebook, Twitter and various blogs.
On the Saturday, Cyril had invited Huw Stephens, BBC Radio 1 to visit our stand, Huw and his wife Sara spent some time on the stand. Both were interested in family history and also other things that the Library had to offer.
