If you wish to give to The National Library of Wales, please complete your details on the form below. You will then be directed to a secure online payment method on the Worldpay website where you will be asked to enter your contact information and credit card details.
NB. Your Credit Card details are processed by Worldpay. NLW only receives your contact information for administration purposes and to inform you of future events and fundraising appeals (should you so wish).
Gift Aid Notes*
- You must have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the charities or Community Amateur Sports Clubs(CASCs) that you donate to will reclaim on your donations for that tax year. Other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify.
- If in the future your circumstances change and you no longer pay income tax / capital gains tax equal to the tax we reclaim, you can cancel this declaration.
- You may cancel this declaration at any time by notifying us – it will then not apply to donations you make on or after the date of cancellation or such later date as you specify.
