The National Library of Wales offers a variety of catering possibilities, from buffets to snacks in Pen Dinas - depending on your needs.

The light finger buffet, the cold buffet and hot buffet do not include beverages; these should be noted on the catering booking form at an additional cost.

• Food Tickets
  

It is possible to buy food tickets for your event to be used at Pen Dinas café, a table can also be reserved for you.

• A drink at Pen Dinas
  

Order drink tickets to be used at Pen Dinas during the morning or afternoon of your visit. Alternatively, tea and coffee can be served in the Council Chamber and the President’s Room or in the Drwm atrium.

• Wine reception

Enjoy a wine reception as part of your event, including a selection of wines (on request), beverages and canapés or light snacks. Orders must be received 7 working days prior to the event.

• Water for meetings

You can order bottles of water (small and large) or jugs of tap water (with ice and lemon) for your meetings. Please state your requirements on the catering booking form.

•  Catering booking form

Please read our terms & conditions carefully before you fill and return this form to Angharad Medi Jones visitor-services@llgc.org.uk (01970 632 801) to book catering for your event. Please ensure it arrives at least 7 working days prior to your event, and that the contact name, meeting name and the name and address of the organisation responsible for payment has been filled in.
