Conference Services
Videoconferencing
The National Library has a state of the art Videoconferencing Studio, which is part of the Welsh Video Network (WVN).
The studio incorporates an interactive white board, projector, document camera, PC and video recorder.
It is possible to connect studios in the UK or worldwide in either point-to-point conference or multi conference using ISDN2-ISDN6 quality or IP.
The requested time will be booked for you through the Janet Video Conference Booking Service and this service will automatically send a confirmation email to the named conference contact.

Tours
The Library is very keen to welcome tours whether from an association or schools.
- Our team of experienced guides can give background information on your particular field
- Any group must contact us at least 10 days in advance to book a special tour

Catering
