If you are unable to visit the Library, you may contact the Enquiries Service with:

• full details of what is required
• the item's catalogue reference number
• your contact details

Staff will then complete an order form on your behalf, and send it to you to sign, date, and return to the Enquiries Service with payment. The form may be faxed, posted or sent electronically. Should you wish to pay by credit card, please print the 'payment by credit card form', complete all details, note the order number, and return this with your 'request for copies' form. We aim to supply copies within two weeks from receiving the order form and payment. Please see the section 'Requesting copies remotely' from the 'Enquiries Service' page for further details.
