Navigating through the site

Each page has been designed to enable you to be one or two clicks away from the main sections of the site.

Click on the main horizontal navigation bar to reach the main page of each of the website’s departments.

The sub-navigation of each department drops on the left of the screen. Select pages from this list to navigate your way through the department.

Each department of the website has been allocated its own colour to aid your navigation through the website.

The row of pages under the main navigation (‘You are here:’) allows you to move back through that particular website department one page at a time – click on the title of the page you wish to visit.

To return to the NLW front page, just click on The National Library of Wales logo in the header image.
